It is a small group adventure that Morgan plans from start to finish and then travel on with you. The guides, the hotels, the transfers, the reservations, and the "what do we do if it rains?" plan are all handled before you ever get on a plane. Your family shows up and gets to be present instead of managing logistics for most of these because we work with local companies to build it and host it.

Other families like yours. Everyone on a trip has self-selected by choosing the same kind of adventure, which turns out to be a very good filter. Most of our families arrive not knowing anybody and may leave with new friends.

It varies! It may be one that is on purpose; think six to eight families depending on the trip. Some trips are bigger than that because the ship or the lodge is larger. It is never a bus with forty strangers and a flag unless we explicitly state it.

No. There may be group activities and group meals, but there is ALWAYS free time built into every trip. If your family needs a pool afternoon instead of the third hike, take the pool afternoon. Nobody is taking attendance.

It depends on the trip, and I am honest about it. Some, like Costa Rica, work for every age. Others, like expedition cruises, generally start around seven or eight. Each trip page lists the ages it suits best.

It varies widely by destination, and every trip page shows sample pricing so you are never guessing. What is true across all of them: the price you see includes what is listed; every trip has a deposit and a payment plan so a bucket list trip does not have to be paid all at once.

Two ways, and they are both free. Take the family trip survey, and join our private community on Facebook. When a trip opens, those families hear at least 48 hours before anything is public. With some trips that have very few spots, those 48 hours matter.

Every hosted trip has a go or no-go date that we set and share in advance. If a trip does not reach the numbers it needs, we tell every family early, explain exactly what happens next, and help you figure out what is next. You will never be left guessing. Then Morgan will build it for your family privately. Every destination in this collection can be arranged as your own trip on your own dates, with the same partners and the same planning. Some families do the group trip first and then come back for a private one. Some skip straight to private. Both are welcome.

Trip pricing is land or cruise only, so you book your own air, which most families prefer because of points and preferred airlines.
